Smooth sax in the forest

The British comedian Mervyn Stutter is your host and compere for the evening. He will be introducing award winning English saxophonist, Andrew Young and his band.

Nominated 5 times for the South African Music Awards, his debut album, Soul People, topped the SA Charts twice. Andrew has toured, amongst others, with Dionne Warwick and Shirley Bassey. He has performed with Gino Vannelli, Jonathan Butler and Joseph Shabalala. He promises an evening of romance, love songs, picnics and wine under the stars at the beautiful Paul Cluver Amphitheatre.

Andrew has invited some special guests to join him on stage too. This is a concert not to be missed

No alcohol to be brought to the venue. Wine, beer and soft drinks will be on sale.

The Paul Cluver Forest Amphitheatre is one of the Cape's most spectacular outdoor theatres. Situated only 45 minutes from Cape Town International Airport, the venue has a wonderful line-up of summer concerts with both local and international musicians.
